Intellisense for the terminal/debug console

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
With the release of 1.3.0, being able to quickly run commands in the terminal/debug console is essential to debugging faster. Manually typing symbols, especially when they have many characters is cumbersome and can easily introduce typing errors.

Adding intellisense to the terminal and/or debug console can help users debug more efficiently.

Describe alternatives you've considered
We can debug through the connected MATLAB instance, though this defeats the purpose of debugging in VS Code.
