Compile-time DI suppport ? #10

Thanks a lot for this work ! It's working great with runtime DI.

But how to make it work with compile-time DI support ?

Should I just create a new instance of the ApiHelpController ?

I did that but the result is always empty JSON.

Any idea why ?

At the moment I have no plans for this but overall ideal is good.
