Duplicate page titles

Several of the developer documentation pages have identical titles.

For example:

This is a basic accessibility error, and causes several problems, for example:

• It's impossible to have several browser tabs open and identify the correct page by hovering over the tab, as the tooltip only shows the page title.
• It's difficult to identify pages in search results, for example do a Google search for "Matomo JavaScript Tracker API Reference Integrate" and see several pages returned with identical titles.
