Turn off the ringtone yourself

problem

if i make a call it rings at my fon. i dont need a ring then. probably nobody need this ring.
please turn off the ringtone yourself when calling. Is that possible? Just like with a normal phone call, the phone rings and not the one who is calling.
or may use a soft quite ring.
