Hi, I am seeing a bug where if I hit the "Interface Info" button on an interface that has Status & Protocol as "up" it shows no information. If I try on a Down / Down interface then it displays all the information correctly. Any idea on what this can be? I am running V 1.3.6

Is this the case for all devices, or just a specific type/model?
Does this happen for all interfaces, or just physical ones, port-channels, etc?
Does it show anything at all? Or just an empty screen when it fails?

@v1tal3

Is this the case for all devices, or just a specific type/model? This is the case for any device I have set to IOS-XE.
Does this happen for all interfaces, or just physical ones, port-channels, etc? Physical interfaces only that are Up

I discovered that setting the device to IOS instead of IOS-XE will correctly display the information.
