Ability to add markers + popups to the map.

I have experimented a bit with this, but it was a bit buggy. Problem is that mapbox-gl-js has native support for markers & popups, but this meant adding non-react elements to the page. It mostly worked but I had a lot of console errors. Needs further investigation.
