Allow users to view built-in BootTidal file

The built-in BootTidal.hs is a good starting place for writing custom bootfiles, so we should allow the user to view this file in order to make a custom file, or to debug some issue that might be cropping up in their default bootfile.

Open this in a read-only editor, because we don't want to allow the user to directly modify files in their Tidal installation.
