I am trying to run code in Chapter04/Step04 and getting this error when applying 'grunt dist'
[master]mjaffe@Jaffs-MacBook-Pro:~/Development/Javascript/AngularUI/AngularUI-Code/Chapter04/Step04-Master-Detail $ grunt dist
Loading "grunt-karma.js" tasks...ERROR

TypeError: Cannot read property 'prototype' of undefined

Aborted due to warnings.
