Hey @mattmassicotte. Thanks for putting this together. This may be similar to #14 though I couldn’t find anything about it in XcodeProj.

In Xcode 16b3 with a project having several targets, I get

Error: The element PBXFileSystemSynchronizedBuildFileExceptionSet is not supported.

when running xclint

I think you are right, this is coming from https://github.com/tuist/XcodeProj. I don't think it's quite been resolved there yet, but I'll keep an eye on it. Thanks very much for the report!
