Issue: Introduce New Camera Connection Feature for Android TV App

Description:

We want to introduce a new feature to our Android TV app that allows users to connect to a camera and display prayers on the TV screen. This feature will enable users to view prayers on their TV screens.
Requirements:

1. Automated Connection Establishment: After each prayer time, the app will automatically ping the camera to establish a new connection and ensure it's working properly.
2. IP Entry Screen: A new screen will be added to the app where users can enter the IP address of their camera.
3. VLC Package Integration: To facilitate the camera connection and video streaming, we will utilize the VLC package in Flutter.

Goals:

• Allow users to connect their camera to the Android TV app
• Establish a seamless connection between the camera and the app
• Display prayers on the TV screen using the camera feed

Time to work:

• We might work on this after the Quran feature
