Example of use:

td.Cmp(t, err, td.IsError(fs.ErrNotExist))

For shortcuts, Cmp prefix remains to be consistent with CmpError and CmpNoError forms:

td.CmpIsError(t, err, fs.ErrNotExist)
td.NewT(t).CmpIsError(err, fs.ErrNotExist)
