The one you get when you execute sha1sum name-of-your-image.img

how can i create my own distro.smime for a repo server?

Requires that you create your own S/MIME signed distro.smime: https://certificate.nikhef.nl/info/smime-manual.html

And put your public key/certificate as berryboot.crt on the FAT partition of your Berryboot SD card.
