States when starting or reloading the app

Description
When starting or reloading the app, the states are either not loaded or set to wrong values, but the display it quite strange. When opening the mini-dashboard with a project (with an index and documents) and an apiKey set, it does this:

1. Displays the page with "It seems like Meilisearch isn’t running, did you forget to start it? - (Don’t forget to set an API Key if you want one)"
2. Displays the page with "Sorry mate, no results matching your request ☹️"
3. Displays the results

Expected behavior
I would expect it to show directly the results with maybe a loading before state or default states.
