what are the issues with that device which you are facing?

Hi - thanks for reaching out. It’s just not responsive in the homebridge app. It can be recognised and but it’s unresponsive. I tried to switch the servers but this had no effect. I have 2 other different series mi air purifiers and I was able to get it up and running. Also, for the Bluetooth door sensors can you advise how I can install them? I have a zigbee gateway which has 2 devices that have been recognised but I can’t get the Bluetooth ones to connnect. Many thanks, Alvin

If it is not responding, then most probably your token or ip is incorrect. You could also try to use micloud and set the forceMiCloud property to true, depending whether your device supports the miot protocol or not.

For the Bluetooth sensors, you have to specify the ip and token of your gateway, and the device id (did) and model of the Bluetooth device when specifying it in the config.
