Add expected results to test examples

At the moment we only test if all examples in the resources run without an exception and a non empty result. We additionally want to tes, if the result is correct. I like the idea of a second file with the same name but a .result-ending. Because we need the examples without the result for the webapplication.
What do you think @fsteeg?
