Investigate if/how we can share steps, specs and factories between multiple collector gems #4

It's likely many of the test artifacts will be very similar in different collector gems. It would be nice if we could pull them from a shared gem to avoid repetition, but we need to figure out the best way to do it, and if it is easy enough to pay for itself.
