As a user I want to be able to remove an app from a collection #13

To remove an app from a collection the user clicks the "x" button on the app listing. The app listing will dissolve away and leave a feedback message to user that the app was removed. The user does not have to confirm that the app is removed.

1st draft of spec for removing an app from a collection. Would love to get input about the animation and its timing.

Alternatively we could animate app listing to disappear and show "App removed from collection" as a toast. What do you think @pwalm ?

@mhanratty Toast could work. What about an "Are you sure?" prompt before the app is fully deleted?
