• Need to think about filtering views knowing your region and language. Assumption: we are tagging the user collection with region and language.

• We will only show user collections with at least 3 apps within the collection

Popular and New
Users can toggle between viewing user collections listed in order of most popular or newest

User Collections - which collections are shown
• Only show user collections that have 3 or more apps
• If none of the apps in the collection are available in the user’s region, the user’s operator, or on their device (mobile use case) the user in will not see that collection.
• If an app in a collection is not available in the user’s region, by the user’s operator, or on their device (mobile use case), the user will not see that app though they will be able to see the rest of the apps in the collection.

Share and upvote
Users can share and upvote user collections.
