As a user I want to be able to report a user collection.

Reasons why someone would need to report a collection
• Collection description contains is spam (mostly likely case)
• Collection description contains offensive verbage
• User profile pic is a copyrighted image
• User profile pic is offensive

Here are 3 options for reporting a collection

1. Report a collection link appears at bottom of collection landing screen
   
2. Report a collection icon appear with "share" and "upvote" icons
   
3. Report link appears just underneath the collection description and above the 1st app listing
   

Personally I lean towards 1. because I hate to put reporting abuse front-and-center but it could be problematic putting it so far down the landing screen.

Flag icon (in the middle of the action bar on the collection graphic) and the modal pop-up.

1st draft of spec for reporting a user collection
• user can report a user collection by selecting the flag icon
• a modal opens up and the user can select the reason for the report: spam, inappropriate language or inappropriate avatar
• after the user has selected an option she returns to the collection landing screen and receives feedback that the collection was reported
