Describe the Bug
Diff/merge window doesn't show difference for the ..code: block in *.rst file

Steps to Reproduce
In ths "Source Control" pannel, click the file with merge conflict.
A diff window will open show difference of two version.

Expected Behaviour
The difference in ..code:: block should be highligthed as well.

v1.30.0
