It seems FancyZones retains the toggle when non-primary mouse button is clicked. |

Area(s) with issue?
FancyZones
Steps to reproduce
Whenever a window is dragged, zones are automatically activated. My Zones settings:
log_2023-11-30.txt
✔️ Expected Behavior
When dragging a window, zones should be unactivated unless one of the activation keys (in my case, non-primary mouse button and middle mouse button) are pressed. The documentation mentions
however, it seems like having "Use non-primary mouse button to toggle zone activation" toggled on does not matter, zones will auto-activate unless "Hold Shift key to activate zones while dragging" is toggled on.
❌ Actual Behavior
Zones are auto-activated. Pressing non-primary mouse will then disable activation. Middle mouse works as intended.
