Description of the new feature / enhancement

Convert images from non-standard formats to either jpg or png from the context menu in file explorer. Image Resizer currently doesnt have this feature, it changes size without the option to convert format.

Scenario when this would be used?

many programs cant read '.heic' and a context menu to do batch conversion is better than doing a one-by-one conversion using windows weak built-in image viewer.
