This Tool lets the user remove the title bar of an app

Scenario when this would be used?

When pairing this Tool with Crop And Lock you can watch youtube or any website's videos in sidescreen while working on other applications. This Tool pairs up well with Crop And Lock, it is annoying to see the title bar on crop and lock because it is just wasted space and when you want the cropped window to be small in the corner the title bar is really big and I think removing it will be good. I use an application to hide the title bar but I think it will be helpful if it was in power toys.
