It would be nice to update the Katas to follow the style guide and make use of the standard libraries.

Hi @soma2000-lang,
This issue is currently on hold. I update the code whenever I come across a glaring issue, but in general I'm waiting for the Q# formatter tool that will automate a lot of this work.
