Stuck with un installer with more than 2 hours

Hi,
its been more than 2 hours since my uninstaller window is open with no action at all. my system is not freezed. I am using windows 7, 64 bit, VS Enterprise 2015,.

how LONG should I wait? what if nothing happen at all, what I can try furture to un install VS setup.

Please run http://aka.ms/vscollect.exe and share %TEMP%\vslogs.zip for further diagnosis. Some installs can take a while (especially if bits have to be downloaded again - like EXEs to support uninstalling them). Or it could be a problem, but there's not enough to go on with just a screenshot.
