as we may use all SC/TC/JP simultaneously, but why sperate them into three fonts?
does those charsets using some conflict code or any other concern?

The Hanzi / Kanji / Hanja all share some codepoints, so you will need to use opentype features to swap between the different variants of the glyphs. However, I'm not sure as to coding environment support for that, so I've chosen to split them apart by default.
