Cluster Upgrade Failure Node Status List Not Scaling Properly

Describe the bug
The Nodes Upgrading Status at Failure Table is not scaling with the proper display area, leading to text being cut off screen on smaller screens. This is especially apparent when the nodes are expanded. The left side is completely block with no way to scroll over.
