Show "install Jupyter extension" only if users have rich output in REPL.

  • Would have to first define what counts as "rich output".
  • Figure out how to detect the rich output. Whether it is parsing output that we get from native repl server, or other.
  • Show Install Jupyter extension to suggest ipykernel for higher fidelity options.
