Is it possible to preserve !important ?

I noticed that in one of the pull requests (revision 85169d1) default behavior was changed and now !important strips out by default. Also, it looks like there is no option to preserve it. Could you explain what was the reason for deleting it? Won't it really affect the result styles?

I think the description of #260 is pretty clear:

This pull request removes !important from generated inline styles.

This change makes sense because the intention of !important is to overwrite inline styles, so inline styles with !important have no real reason to exist.

I'm curious to understand a use-case where you'd need to preserve the !important tag in the style attribute?
