What
Add the guide for replacing the data disk while retaining the data from the old disk.
Why
Now that the occupied space on the MiniBolt data disk is approaching 1TB, many node users will find themselves needing to replace their disks to increase capacity. Therefore, I believe a step-by-step guide is necessary to explain how to do this.
How
Expand the "Store data in secondary disk" guide to include a new section that covers how to replace the disk.

Test & maintenance
The way to test this guide is by making the specified changes and validating that everything continues to function correctly.
As for maintenance, since it uses standard Linux commands and utilities, intensive maintenance won't be necessary beyond correcting errors or providing clearer explanations for some of the steps.
