High resolution texture pack for the PSP version of Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories for PPSSPP. Uses some textures from the PS2 version of LCS, the PC and Xbox versions of GTA3, replaces some in-game textures with their cutscene counterparts, replaces some LOD textures, and has some new textures.
Put textures.ini and the folders in PPSSPP\MemStick\PSP\TEXTURES\*GAME_ID* - with GAME_ID being the game's ID displayed in PPSSPP's titlebar when you run the game (example: ULUS10041).
In PPSSPP, turn on the Replace Textures option in Settings > Tools > Developer Tools
