Heya mate, Studio Library for Blender?

How do you think we can get this happening?

So here is a list of where you could start mashing code together all of the artist/ developers are super nice and friendly
1. Here is a link to the potential start of it: https://gitlab.com/blender-institute/pose-thumbnails/-/issues/8
2. Animation layers: https://blendermarket.com/products/animation-layers

3. Design and presentation of UI of an addon
1. Asset Management: https://www.blendermarket.com/products/easyref
Blender has been talking about an asset manager for I think over ten years so it's best not to lean on the idea that there
will be integration soon. If you want to trial it out though: (This link will download it directly)
https://builder.blender.org/download/asset-browser/asset-browser-blender-2.92.0-db03a2e296d9-windows64.zip
or got to the page here: https://builder.blender.org/download/branches/
2. Speed Flow: https://www.blendermarket.com/products/speedflow
3. Hardops: https://www.blendermarket.com/products/hard-ops--boxcutter-ultimate-bundle
4. Onion: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fgC1WzHqcHg&feature=emb_title&ab_channel=AndrewCombsTwo
4. Bringing in with Easy Reference for animators: https://www.blendermarket.com/creators/pitiwazou
5. Animation sketch: Quickly posing (obviously this isn't going to get you all the way there but it's fast) https://gumroad.com/yadoob?recommended_by=library#esWw

This guy can act as a good resource for a chat: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tOx_SAG7gl4&ab_channel=%23LollypopMan

My personal typical workflow
1. Receive the project.
2. Review and take notes.
3. After rigging and modeling - Basic ball rig to move around and get the core moving (We call it karaoke Timing).

4. Thumail pass and Ref:
1. Collecting reference.
2. 3D posing.
3. Grease Pencil.

5. Quick rough Grease Pencil storyboard pass to get a feel for timing.
6. Blocking and Spacing (not on stepped) because you can end up with a lot of rotation issues.
7. Review, Clean up, Review, Clean up, Review, Clean up ........

If you want to have a chat about your more than welcome I will share this around with some other developers.
If your Sydney let's catch up. Thanks brother.
