Thunderbird 60 ESR support

it states that GNotifier works with Thunderbird 24.1.1 - 56.*

Could you please update your add-on on AMO for the maximum Thunderbird version supported to be at least version 60 to enable testing of the soon to be released next ESR (Extended Service Release).

I really would like to just update compatibility on AMO but it is not so simple. Unfortunately, in current form, GNotifier can't be run on TB60.

There are at least two major issues:

• Options panel has to be rewritten to standalone version (so called "option type 3")
• It seams that TB60 doesn't support extensions written with Add-on SDK framework

I'm investigating what options are available... for today, I'm rather pessimistic about future of GNotifier on TB60 :-/
