Option to hide wind mph or kph labels

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Having the mph text show "(direction arrow) X mph" on every wind speed messes with the card format if too many entries are shown in the card.

have an option to set hide_wind_unit to true or something similar.

I did this by using the dev console in firefox and setting the .wind-unit font-size to 0px
