I not planned to support android.
I made this plugin because there is no way to open 'Decimal'(with floating point) keyboard in cordova ios app. As I known there is no such problem in android.

You are right!

However, the cursor functionality and the keyboard predefined layout, are very limited by default using the HTML input in ionic.

Also official projects (like ionic keyboard) do not support changing the keyboard type.

Will be an addition to put this two together.
