[@web/rollup-plugin-copy] Destination dir

Hi,

I just wanted to migrate from rollup-plugin-cpy to @web/rollup-plugin-copy and realized, that I cannot define a destination dir.

With the previous plugin I was able to do it like so

import cpy from 'rollup-plugin-cpy';
...
cpy({
  files: ['**/images/*.svg', '**/images/*.png'],
  dest: 'build/default/images'
}),

Do I miss anything here? Is there a chance to add this feature also to the new plugin?
