Is there an existing request for this?

Feature description

After Molly released v7.22.2-1, I noticed a new feature: folders that can be used to sort out conversation threads. Here is a screenshot (the best I can, while blocking out names):

I noticed that these conversation folders on my main Molly device, but were not present on my linked Molly device. Would it be possible to sync the names of the folders from the primary Molly client to linked Molly clients?

System info:

  • Molly version: v7.22.2-1
  • Main Molly device: Pixel 5a (barbet) running the latest GrapheneOS (Android 14) release 2024101200
  • Linked Molly device: Pixel Tablet (tangorpro) running the latest GrapheneOS (Android 15) release 2024110700

I'm not sure if this is a new feature in Signal or if anything more will accompany this change, as currently Signal's support documentation doesn't mention anything about this, and it's too early to tell what will happen, i.e. this feature comes to Signal Desktop and thus this GH issue becomes moot; but I wanted to ask. Also, I neither know nor have looked into how the conversation folder names function.

I should've looked a little more, as I found new info. This has been a feature request since December 2019 and has recently been implemented in October 2024 (from Signal Update Info, an unofficial third-party source).
