A successful phenologs run (incremental steps as well) should report out some summary statistics about that run.

Species/taxons included.
Starting phenotypes per species/taxon.
Total phenotypes compared.
Total phenologs calculations (cross-species phenotype comparisons) performed.
Total significant phenologs.
FDR p-value
More...
