Broken: get_flash_videos --update

Unable to retrieve version data: 404 Not Found

Is this a bug?

The google code site has been removed. The --update feature should be removed, updates should be done using package management or download and install. The --update will not install additional dependencies needed package management does.

As I stated in #201:

the documentation needs to be updated accordingly. Since we are all volunteering our work on get_flash_videos, someone needs to volunteer to do these things. If you would like to help improve this site's wiki or documentation, please give it a go.

--update option has been removed. Not complete as some code is left behind. There was the hulu plugin and plugin download, so some work left. hulu plugin site has also been removed.

No not at this time, just done enough to remove the --update option.
