Currently we use a quick CI/CD on Docker Hub that just gets a webhook from Github and runs a build configuration, then fires another webhook for Webhooker on the server, which pulls the new version.

Let's build a new version either based on Gitlab mirroring or testing out Github Actions.

This should deploy directly to k8s (see #94)
