Permit multiple stages for output

Justification: One approach to governing the order of appearance of blocks on a page, to have a different sequence in a narrow (mobile first) view than a full (desktop) width one, is to have redundancy in the HTML markup.

Change request: modify to let the stage selector select multiple elements per feed, and write the same output to all of them.
