Consider renaming repo

The name of this repo, python-plugin is somewhat lacking and does not communicate what it is and does.

I'd recommend renaming to proto-python or proto-plugin-python and changing the first line of the readme from

Python WASM plugin for proto.

To something like

proto is a pluggable version manager, supporting many tools across different languages. This plugin implements support for Python.

It's called proto-plugin because it will also be the codebase for moon's python plugin, as moon and proto will be sharing the same WASM code.

Gotcha. I think the name "python-plugin" has discoverability problems (and the moon python proto python, moonrepo python). Moreover, I like that such a host-first naming convention would collate the plugins together.

The relation between proto and moon is not clear to me, and moon does not support python ATM. If there's an "umbrella name" for the greater proto+moon ecosystem, maybe it should use that. moonrepo-plugin-python?

I do agree this is a bit confusing/obscure - if people fork the repo they'll quickly lose track of it.
