Importing a model can take a long time. Notably to create caches when 'installing' the model.

There should be a setting that allow to 'install' without cache which is faster.

For this in MiImportModelDialog >> importModelThenCloeDialogWindow
change mooseModel install for mooseModel installWithCache: <someBoolean>

Where someBoolean comes from a setting
