The salt clusters/buds are missing the bud tag:

forge:buds tag does not seem to exist in forge itself, vanilla also. What is the full name of it?

okay so the tag is simply #c:buds
it might be created by the EMI mod, not sure

c: is more of a fabric thing, at least now (it seems that there are discussions about universal tags for the future).
I'll consider adding this tag in the future update. For now it can be added by datapack or KubeJS rather easily.
