This was on observation on consent screen, if there is exactly one VC, Activate button is not visible.
From code, single VC item is a separate component which doesn't have activate button implementation. This seems to be an existing behaviour.

As per the discussion with @nayakrounak and @rakhimosip showing activation status for the cards in the Sharing Card screen doesn't make sense and decided to remove it for all the cards in the Sharing Card screen. So created a new issue for this #647
