A little task for a big undertaking!

The short version is: Parsons is going to be expanding to be more of an umbrella organization for projects like TidyCampaigns and other efforts to share tech/resources in an open source manner, and not just a Python package. What does that look like?

One of the most pressing questions is what we're going to do about names.
