some approaches:

  • personas (suggested by MCB)
  • paper + sharpie wireframes (suggested by GC)
  • ridealongs (suggested by JF)

Marvel and Penpot are also good tools for wireframes

JF, GC, SA, MCB all interested in this topic - not sure how to proceed with next steps, though

Maybe the best way to kick this off is a Parsons Party with a Q&A with people who have experience with these methods?
