建议针对Video Station封面进行一下优化 #125

RT，Video Station对文件夹根目录下的封面不支持文件名读取，建议刮削poster的时候新建一个单独的poster.jpg图片
举个栗子：
目前版本会生成：XXX-001-poster.jpg
建议在此基础之上单独增加：
poster.jpg
