RenovateApp not only keeps package.json and yarn.lock up to date with PRs. It also makes PRs about Docker images.

At the time of writing pushes to master suddenly broke because yarn was no longer available. See https://renovateapp.com/blog/docker-mutable-tags
Having tagged Docker images would have prevented this.
