Validate that metrics/outcomes are for the correct application

There was a recent experiment on Firefox for iOS that appears to be using a Fenix outcome. This might just be a UI issue on the Experimenter side, but the results page is also strange so I think it might be an analysis issue. We should investigate this, and add checks to make sure that metrics/outcomes match the experiment's application and skip/log an error if not.
